Banff and Jasper National Parks are both located in Alberta, Canada. The Canadian Rockies that go through both parks, have many huge glaciers that lay upon them. The glacial runoff fills the lakes and makes them a bright turquoise color from the glacial silt. Some of the most beautiful lakes and top places to vist while in the parks are Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Sunshine meadows, and Athabasca Glacier.
